Some products do not have returns and exchanges. These products are usually personal products. There are no returns or exchanges for some special orders.

If an item (Except Diamond and Gold Categories) isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

If an item for Diamond and Gold Categories isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 15 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. 

To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary between £4.99 and £14.99 for small parcel courier services and from £20.00 and £50.00 for large parcel courier services. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Items which are personalised or customised to your specifications

• Kleinfeld gift certificates

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
